Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Measure desired amount of couscous into a bowl (1/2 cup per person). Add an equal amount of lightly salted boiling water and let sit for 7-8 minutes. Fluff with a fork and add a small amount of butter or Roland® Olive Oil to taste. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into couscous and mix.
