Roland® Bean Thread is also called "cellophane noodles". The noodles are very thin and are good for soaking up the flavor of savory sauces.
Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Soak bean threads in warm water until they soften, about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly, cut in half. Cook noodles in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain well.
