Our organic extra virgin olive oil Tuscan IGP is obtained from mechanical pressing from olives that are 100% Tuscan and organic. The olives are harvested and then pressed within 12 hours, giving them a fresh and strong taste and above all guaranteeing that the organoleptic properties remain intact. Our olive oil is ideal for all types of cooking and indeed can be used even as a dressing on its own.
We also offer aromatic versions of our olive oil, created by hand with natural ingredients and without the use of coloring or additives. These aromatic olive oils combine the unique flavor of extra virgin olive oil Tuscan IGP with the aromas and tastes of fruits, herbs and spices from our gardens.
